American Apparel Flared Yoga Pant

"This is truly a great pant. It is fitted and slim, but still stretchy and extremely comfortable. The fold-over waist and slightly flared leg add nice, fashionable touches. It does shrink a little in the wash, but always maintains the same proportions. The pant also comes in several colors, too. Great to wear to the gym, work-out class or anywhere!"

Test Drive Review:

So okay. Don't judge this hoody by American Apparel's kooky picture. Let me just say that we've worn it, washed it -- and we love it. Here's what you can't tell from the photo: it is crazy soft inside, nice and thick but not bulky. And it is fitted. Looks fashionable, not schlumpy. Has a nice old fashioned metal zipper. It washes beautifully, doesn't shrink too much. Our new favorite.

The American Apparel Organic T-Shirt

The American Apparel t-shirt set the standard for stylish, sustainable clothing. Proudly promoting their "sweatshop-free, made in the USA" mission when they opened their doors nearly ten years ago, they showed their country that high quality, fashion-driven apparel could be manufactured on our shores and sold at competitive prices.

Using a vertical integration business model, everything that goes into selling a piece of clothing -- from knitting the yard into fabric, to dyeing, designing, sewing, marketing, shipping -- all happens under one roof.

Every garment is created at an American Apparel site in Southern California within a 30-mile radius of each other.

When you put on an American Apparel product, you're not just putting on a t-shirt or sweatshirt: you're letting the world know that sustainable clothing is important to you. And you look great delivering the message.
